The company now has 93 employees including 2 processional technicians, 4 professional managers, 20 processional technical workers, 7 inspectors and 67 skilled operators. Although it has a shorter built-up time, the company has been carrying out management totally according to the requirements of ZS09001 Quality Management System certification standard from raw material purchase to production technology preparation, manufacturing, inspection, equipment management, measuring device management, drawing and technical document management, as well as product storage, delivery and after-delivery service since the starting of production. Strict quality management ensures both first-class product quality and steady output growth. The company has formed stable production capacity, with the monthly output of more than 1,000 sets.

Production Capacity Equipment Description
The company specializes in producing stator cores, cast aluminum rotors and state/rotor sheets for small and medium-sized motors, with the annual production capacity of more than 12,700 sets, including 4,600 sets of welded rib structured stator cores and cast aluminum rotors for high-voltage motors. The company has 57 sets of equipment such as 16-250t presses, high-speed slot punchers, vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, heating furnaces, aluminum melting furnaces, centrifugal aluminum casting machines, vertical die-casting machines, oil presses, semi-automatic gas cutting machines, and semi-automatic gas protective welding machines.
